STAR interview questions were a big part of the review process. They absolutely cared most about my relevant job experience and execution and you can tell them wanted to get to know me as a person outside of just the job title. Bartending and hospitality IS a person to person job. That is important.

One interview, but took 3 weeks to hear back then another month until my training class which was basically just the heads of a few departments flexing on themselves for 2 days
It was a great interview. Straight to the point but at the same time comfortable. Unfortunately, I did not get the position but I made it to the final round.
