I initially applied online and was emailed saying I had been chosen for an interview. I interviewed with the rep on campus and then was sent an online behavioral/situational questionnaire to fill out. I heard that day whether or not I was accepted to the final interview event in Dallas, Texas.

After applying through the website, the immediate next step is the pre-recorded video interview. The interview should be treated as a formal interview, with answers ready and neat appearance. Consists of 5 questions.
