Very simple, Asked why do I want to work for company and how can I make my prior work experience (I had a sales background but not hotel sales) work for me at this company. Basically read off my resume and asked about what I did at my last job.That was it. Told me he has interviews set up all week and he will choose the best 3 candidates to move on to the next interview w/regional & area manager.

After submitting application, a phone interview for the first round, virtual for the second. Average interview, nothing out of the ordinary for this position. Everything went quickly from the first interview to recieving offer.

Star interview process with 2 managers. Takes about an hour. One screening interview with a recruiter before the formal interview days before. Was offered the position one business day after the formal interview.

fairly easy, just a Long process with many interviews with lots of different departments and people.
You also have to pass the Marriott assessment test in order to even qualify for a job
