I found the position on Craigslist. Applied with my resume in person, filled out a paper application and turned it in. The interview was very average with behavioral questions as well as general discussion of the position. Very informal, got along with the supervisor immediately.

It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.
