I applied online. Got a call from HR of MDN. The role was a Java developer. Had 8 hours written and machine coding round, which covered every single bit of Java concepts. Machine Coding round: I was asked to design a system for Employee Management using Java concepts. (I suggest you carry your own system because the system they provide is really really slow). Java & SQL quiz : 4 Java papers (Starting from Basics to Advanced Java ) + Last one SQL (Intermediate questions) And I was finally done with the lengthy exhaustive test. Since everything went well I was asked to give the presentation regarding any topic related to Computer science the very next day. I presented my topic to the Director of Engineering and he was really happy with the presentation and my test performance. Meanwhile, after presentation flew questions regarding security, Design patterns and may others simple concepts. Finally, I had the final round of decision with HR and feedback of my interview was positive and I was asked to submit all my document copies to him and he told he will get me back with numbers (salary) after the decision with management. After constant follow-ups over phone and Email for a week, HR responds saying we don't meet your salary expectations(Even though they knew my Salary breakup prior to my interview). Since I wanted to join that company really badly! I replied over the email that I am open for negotiations regarding my salary. But no response! After back to back emails to HR, still no response! Finally, I gave up :( This company shows no value and respect for candidates and their time. Before applying to this company please enquire about salary expectations and other details.
