1st interview with HR VP and all good. 2nd interview with a young professionalist from diff division and location who was not too much aware of needs for position, nor prepared. Overall strange, unprofessional and unorganized. The company didn’t give me any feedback for weeks , then said I'm not a good fit just like that. Months later …they are still searching for a replacement.
