Interview was straightforward and quick. A couple conversations with the CEO and COO then an exercise and presentation to a panel. The exercise was to show what sort of profiles you'd source when given a job description, and some ideas on funnel metrics.

One thing the CEO asked was "have you used LI Recruiter before" followed by "From a product perspective what would you change about it?"
Note that the CEO sold his previous startup to LinkedIn.
The interview process consisted of a call with the COO, followed by a call with the CEO, a case study, and a case study presentation. My call with the CEO was unpleasant and left me surprised that I was even moved forward to the case study stage.
During my presentation, the CEO repeatedly turned off his camera, which made the experience feel disjointed.
It seemed like the interviewers were not fully calibrated. From my perspective, everyone was pushed through the full process rather than being assessed and disqualified at different stages, which made the process feel somewhat inefficient and inconsistent.
