I get a call from the HR team at Magic and after a long discussion about my profile, they were satisfied about the match with the current opening and promised to call me after shortlisting by the technical team.
There was a waiting period in between. On my followup, they said that it is shortlisted and we are trying to find out a time slot for the interview. Till now, it looks fine.
They scheduled a face to face interview at their office and promised to complete all rounds on the same day. I reached to the office at their scheduled time. I asked to fill a form with many entries which were already available in my resume. Anyway, I filled that and after some time my first round started. Nobody told me who is and from which department is coming for this round. After that round, HR person came to me and told that the person who have taken the first round was itself from the HR team. After that, the HR person told me that, all is good so far but we can not take other round of interview today as the technical person who was supposed to take the interview is stuck at somewhere and didn't come to office today. HR person apologised and ensured me to have other round over telephone or Skype whatever will work and then they will complete this process as soon as possible.
After this, I waited for 3-4 days and then followed up again with the HR team for the next round of interview. HR person told me that the technical person is just joined the office and they will get back to me after getting a time slot from him. I am again started waiting for their reply which never came.
Moral of the whole story is that... "There is no transparency in the interview process and there is no value of the time devoted by the candidate and interest shown by him for this company. They either don't have courage to tell the truth or don't care about their prospective employees. If they can not care about the outside people having interest in Magic then how they will be dealing with the people currently working for them. God knows."

Was interviewed for Team Lead here. Process took 1.5 week.
2 Technical Rounds, followed by a Managerial round. After managerial round HR told me they found me lacking in "Solutioning". Though I was not asked much about the providing solutions in managerial round.
Later was told that the selection was done for SSE not lead I couldn't provide solution to the interviewer and was offered less than what I was being offered for Lead role and was offered role of SSE. Reason was given that "we can't give a hike like that on this Role".
