1. Phone Interview 15-20 mins) 2. One face to face but w/everyone needed to interview with at once. (Amazing)
Interview process was simple and straight to the point. They have you come in for 2-3 hours because you meet with multiply people, which allows you to come in only once instead of twice. They also get to know not only your work history but your character which is amazing.

What was your very first job? (Unique) What would your manager say is your weakness or strengths? Tell us a time where you had to manage duties and an emergency arises? What could of created a better work environment at other jobs if any? What would you like from a manager? Because we are a smaller company would you be comfortable in this type of environment? Etc.
