They have HR dept, who do the interview scheduling part, owner takes interview by himself. Pls be prepare to face a fast paced interview. The office Environment felt warm & enthusiastic. Only concern was they don't want to pay more & you have to negotiate hard to achieve what you need. Also they don't have good health insurance which i came to know later.
