It was simple you talked to a manager and they ask: "your past work experience, your availability, etc... Flexibility with hours was an issue but aside from that was okay.

My interview only took place over the phone. They went over the basics: availability, how many hours I could work, etc. Then they did a few scenario questions and what I would do in certain situations. After that they went over my job description and what I would be doing then I was offered the job over the phone and I accepted. I then received an email with a confirmation of my acceptance and directions to location for orientation and dress code guidelines.
