As assistants they tend to hire a large round of employees in one shot after submitting your resume on line they schedule a phone interview with someone in the company afterwards they invite you in a large group and break you up in for a few different interviews of the course of the day
The interview process felt very informal and somewhat disorganized. There was limited structure to the conversation, and the recruiter did not provide much detail about the role or expectations. When I asked follow-up questions to better understand the position, the responses felt dismissive, which made it difficult to assess whether the role was a good fit.
