Received the JD from one of the companies talent hunter - Had first round of interview with technical questions with technology managers, then had to do a online Assessment on Maths/English/Logical thinking and personality which was tough as we need to finish each question on given time (each question was given around 70 secs) - Then had next round with another set of senior managers who asked about previous experience and projects. Then received next round with another set of managers which was said by HR that will be similar as previous one but the actual scenario was not - the managers were more focused on technical stuff which they expect to know deep stuff from text books to remember all.
