I had an online interview with the CEO. This wasn't very pleasant, as the CEO actively looked for ways to "prove me wrong". I'm not sure what's the point of having such an interview, maybe to boost his morale? At the end I was asked to provide more information and then never heard back. I would not recommend applying to this company, let alone working there.
