I was approached by a recruiter, that first sent me a coding assessment on C#, SQL and Git.
After passing it 3 technical interviews about C# and Software Engineering principles and a 1 HR interview.
Very nice people from what I could tell from the interview and great financial package (at least for the Italian job market ).
Very formal though.

What are SOLID principles and can you explain them?
One technical round with lead.. One more technical round with manager.. One more with client... After that hr communications.. Salary discussions... This is total process for this org. Having deeper knowledge technical part.
