Firstly they took online technical Aptitude.You can give this anywhere even at home also.you just have to download their software and through which you can attempt it no other way of attempting it other than that software. Basically they will give you a date and time-period and you need to attempt it. Note:That software requires web-cam to be connected only then you can access it (that'what they have given chance to you to attempt it from anyone) After Technical Test They will message you your score and will also tell whether you are selected or not for further round. I got 35. So if you got selected they will mail you some technical question which you have to record it and have to send the video within prescribed date. And then they will call you for the interview at their Punel location. Their you have to face hands on test followed by technical interview and they will merge interview and hands on test and according to cutoff they will reject so many candidate and selected will face hr round further. Note:They provides brekfast, lunch, tea at the time of interview.:D
