Applied online through the MIDFLORIDA website, had a phone interview with a recruiter a few days later, and then I had an in person interview with RM and HM about a week after the phone interview. I was told there would be a decision the following week. After I didn't hear anything, I called to follow up, and was told it would be another few days. I reached out again after still not hearing anything over a week later, but was told the same thing as before. I waited over another week before following up for a third time and was told they still hadn't made a decision. The week after that (4 weeks after my in-person interview) I received a generic email that I was not selected, despite hearing nothing except positive feedback from my interviews. Ultimately, the lack of transparent and timely communication is what disappointed me most.
