Began initial interview by phone by phone with the recruiter and Development manager. Questions were based on my resume content. We established an on-site interview with the Develpoment Manager and the Director of Quality. Performed a walk through of the department and we discussed manufacturing improvement needs and opportunities. A second on-site interview was established to meet with the new plant manager and others for additional questions.
