I applied online and then the next morning there was a phone screening with the recruiter. The next day was a phone interview with the person that would be my supervisor. After that, there was about a 45 min in-person interview. The interview was with two people from the department I would be working in and then a quick meeting with the department head where she gave me "the good and the bad" aspects of the job so that I knew exactly what I would be getting into if I got the job and accepted. The recruiter was very informative and honest. She made sure that I was updated with everything that was going on and what to expect in the process.
