The process consisted of short test, followed by a panel interview with 3 members. Test was around 30 minutes and was based around the job role, and the interview was around an hour.

There were competency based questions, as well as questions about the job role and scientific knowledge.
Very rigid - Asked a lot of behavioural and technical questions. There were at least 10 questions asked in an 1hr interview (including follow-ups). Make sure to have great examples
