Applied online. Received a phone call 10 days later to schedule the interview for the next day. First interview was brief and casual with an HR recruiter. Second interview was with the lab staff in another building. They asked for references by email after the interview. They scheduled phone calls with the references. I was offered the position by phone call almost 3 weeks after the interview. After the offer, they do a background check.
