I was working as an intern in the medical center. Saw the posting for postdoc at MDA and emailed my CV to the assistant professor (email id listed on the job posting). I got a reply from him the same day and we scheduled a meeting that week. After a brief chat about my previous work, in particular about my programming skills, he said I could join him.
