You go and meet with the Administrator, who is a complete idiot. She'll seem intimidating, but that's only because she doesn't know anything and uses her aggressive and hostile nature to bully people into listening to her. She'll promise you tons of things that never happen, like specific times of shifts and flexibility, and especially the current position of a suffering company. Don't be foolish enough to believe the pitch, because working there was a nightmare.
