There was a position open for junior deck officer and my application was accepted, I received an invitation for interview. The application process involved filling in a very detail form, personal ifnormation, experience details and educational/ training back ground. A personality test was inlcuded in the interview process where i was put thorugh answering to a set of questions. There were three face to face interviews. I was put at ease and made comfortable which was helpful to answer the questions. I was very impressed with the way the whole process was planned, manged and follwoed up.I was finally selected for tanker fleet.
