Interview consists of three levels: 1. Phone screening with the HR; typical questions asked regarding background and your expectations. Plus behavioral and logic test of 50 questions. 2. Phone interview with the hiring manager. In this process the member of the team that will lead you in the future wants to get to know you and whether or not you are a good fit 3. On-site interview with hiring manager, HR manager and potential team members. At the end you have to do 50 logical questions in 12 minutes.
