Entrevista
The entire process consists of a technical interview with a senior developer where your practical skills get tested with hands-on examples and questions related to them. Passing this one, you get an interview with the manager where they will ask you several typical questions to get a grasp of your overall mindset, your goals, the way you communicate with other people. In both occasions, half of the interview had to be done in english (i'm from Italy).

The live coding was overall a good session, light-hearted interview. Second interview was with the project manager.After the last stage of the interview I got ghosted, no explanation, totally unprofessional.
