I initially met with one of the partners before meeting with several others to discuss my credentials and potential fit inside the firm. At the time, the firm was specifically interested in discussing how I might fit in and assist during a transitional period. I always felt as though I received legitimate consideration, from the initial contact expressing an interest in meeting to the ultimate conversation concerning my decision on their offer of employment. The process was very professional, respectful, and honest in terms of everyone's expectations.
