I went through the interview process in parallel with a friend, and we both completed all 4 stages, which took around 3–4 weeks. After the final stage, the company completely disappeared. It has been over two months, and despite multiple follow-ups, our messages were not just ignored - they were not even read. This shows a complete lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. Going through such a lengthy process only to be ghosted at the end is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the company’s hiring practices. I strongly advise against interviewing with this company. You will most likely waste several weeks of your time and be left with false expectations while waiting for an offer that is never coming. Considering that both candidates completed all stages and were subsequently ignored, it gives the impression that the process was not conducted with a genuine intent to hire. Instead, it felt like the company might have been using candidates to benchmark interview questions or assess the market.
