The Interview was conducted by Team Leader, Manager and Human Resources representative. The interview had three active sessions. The first was a formal interview with basic personal questions and aptitude study. The second was a test of ability to think on the spot; a question was given which contained a situation and I was asked to solve. The third was a 50 minute online test.
