The real issue was around the recruiter. 1. Was supposed to call me for the screening interview and didn't. Then finally sent me a zoom link like it was my mistake. 2. She spent nearly 5 minutes describing the wrong job to me and didn't realize it. I had to re-direct her and clarify if we were going to speak about the position I'd applied for. 3. With those gaffs already occurring, I didn't have high hopes that her note taking or presentation of me was going to make the mark.
