Typical questions about manufacturing and automotive experience. Four separate interviews with one person from different levels within the company each time. They about only 5 questions during each interview. Everything was via zoom so no opportunity to see the facility.

Recruiter to offer in a month. 4 separate interviews. Just a long process with many people to convince. I basically had an interview a week with Lucid and panel was about 2.5 hrs long. My overall experience was very positive and the recruiter i worked with was excellent. Never experienced such a streamlined hiring process.

The recruiter never got back after multiple emails. The recruited round laster for 15-20 mins and was told I would hear back but no reply. I was given an interview guide which is what I followed through the recruiter round
