Run away. Do not interview here. They do not respect your time so you should give them any of yours. They ask you to do a 5 hour video interview where half of the people do not show up. Some of the people are nice but there are also individuals on the other side of the spectrum who refuse to answer simple questions and mumble a bunch of incoherent statements. Again, save your time and do not interview here.
