Overall good process. One interview was superb because the person asking the questions was logical and related to the job description. Forced you to think on the spot. I really enjoyed this interview, one of the best I have ever faced. This one was scheduled for 60 minutes and got done in 45 minutes. Outstanding. The next one was quite annoying to be honest, because it seemed to me that the interviewer wanted to showcase his knowledge rather than ask the questions. The questions were quite vague and not structured in a logical way. And when i was answering the first question you were cut off by asking a second tangent question. This one was scheduled for 30 min but took an hour. Says a lot about the unprofessionalism of the individual. Most of the questions could be googled for example Range of Reynolds number for laminar / turbulent flow for pipe flow. I don’t understand the logic of asking this question. Google can provide the answer. It was not critical for the interviewee to know the exact range. I answered the correct range, then the interviewer told me the range “according to his thesis” which was incidentally incorrect.
