I found that I was only being considered because their first choices fell through (love to hear it). Initially I liked that they were transparent about their negative reviews on their interviewing process and mentioned it was something they were working on but clearly nothing has changed. Moving into the final round of Interviews, It was a panel with two professionals from the team. This all seemed great except for the fact that one of the interviewers decided to take over the entire time and basically turned it into a bragging session. I asked them what they were doing to improve the ratings on glassdoor in regards to their interview process. The answers I received were general and beat around the bush like. Needless to say clearly this company doesn't care. Its been over two weeks since my interview and still haven't back even after following up. Not that I really care but if you want to succeed, you might want to get off your high horses and do a better job in candidate care. Clearly the reviews don't lie, rather than waste your time, I suggest you look for another company that actually cares and wont ghost you.
