Have you ever been recruited to a company? Been told you were perfect for a role? Interviewed and moved on real quick? Then..you get to the final portion of the interview and the person has less experience than you and doesn't ask any relevant questions. 1 hour later, I wasn't selected due to my qualifications. Not sure what happened there. I can speculate, but this was a waste of my time.

Long with very little communication between interviews. After what was considered the "final interview" there was no communication afterwards. No email stating thanks but no thanks. Sent a couple followup emails to make sure I was not lost in the shuffle. One interview was horrible. He clearly did not want to be interviewing and kept checking his phone. You could see he was clearly upset at the messages he was receiving. Most people I interviewed with were great to speak with and I enjoyed learning about their experience at the company.
