Recruiter missed the initial phone screen interview, had to reschedule. I proceeded to have a phone screen with the hiring manager. I was brought in for an in-person interview. Recruiter was late meeting me, did not have the schedule organized and I ended up staying an additional 30 minutes. Recruiter emailed me with good feedback, said they would get back to me with their decision. I didn't hear back so I followed up, still no response. It's very much a start up environment and it seeps through to the recruiting/interviewing process.
