I applied via Linkedin and just over a week later I received a message via LinkedIn direct message from the person overseeing recruitment telling me how "impressed" they were with my application and that they would like to invite me for a 30- 45 minute first stage interview. I agreed and sent over my availability the next ahead for the week coming. The following days I heard nothing and received no confirmation of my interview and today 2 days after I sent over my availability I see on linkedin the very same job has now been reposted. Its appalling and horrible way to treat perspective candidates like myself. Yet again I have been ghosted by a potential employer.
