The interview was 6 questions ong, and it was a 1v1 where they read from a sheet of paper that contained the questions. The usual "tell me about a difficult situation you were in with a customer", and "how do you organize your day with multiple responsibilities." Got a call back several days later.

Tell me about a time where you went above and beyond.
The in-person interview was incredibly short and informal which in many ways, made it a much more comfortable setting. The supervisors asked a few questions about how I would handle certain situations. They mentioned that the role was a sales position.

Pretty standard interview. Sounded promising, but they hired internally and offered me a different position. The whole process was drug out like they weren't in any rush to fill the position they offered me.
