It was very quick and I was hired on the spot after I deliberated on my schedule and the potential salary I was expecting. They also insisted that weekends really needed covering

Horrible, I had to wait for someone to interview me. They were running late, and when he arrived, we had the interview in the corner of the break room while associates were on their lunch.
Quick question and answer type of interview. As long as you have gardening experience you will be fine. Nice employees in the garden department and decent pay offer. Very flexible time off.
