Entrevista
HR call and then phone screen. The interviewer had a very poor connection and was unfriendly and uninterested from the get-go. He was non-technical and read off a list of acronyms and wanted definitions for each. Interviewer claimed that 100 engineers report to this position, which is not possible. I withdrew my application immediately after this interview. I would recommend that the talented engineers reading this apply to a tech company instead.

Entrevista
Consisted of 7 rounds, First one with Hiring manager to expore mutual fit, next 3 rounds technical, then with HR, then one with Hiring manager again and then with Head of Department.
The technical interview panels thinks too highly of themselves and they rejected me for not literally talking out the 12 exact headings of the 12 factor app. They wanted to know if I had done open source and talks. Its as if they are super stellar at open source contributions.
Actually speaking the HR, the hiring Manager and the Head of Department were the best rounds I went through. Rest all rounds were just hogwash. I could clearly feel that the interviewers itself were not very highly skilled.
Overall, Kind of time waste
