Interviewed with store's front end manager. The interview took approximately 20 minutes and received salary and offer on site. My education and years of experience were entered into computer system to generate the wage that the manager offered.

Just a single interview then hire, questions were very standard for the position, once hired they do require a drug test, you will usually start out as a temp, once you stay a while they will offer you a permanent position with a nice pay boost
