For this job, they want to hear all about your customer service. They want to hear about what problems has happened in your past, and how you handle them. They want to know how you deal with communication with customers, whether it be someone who doesn't know English or if it is someone who doesn't know how to do a project and need some guidance. They want very SPECIFIC answers to these questions. Not generalizations.

( I find this question difficult because you don't expect to go into an interview and tell them about all the things that you do/or have done wrong at other jobs. But what they really want is how you handled hardship and what you learned from the experience.

Easy. Online application then in person interview. It is not a difficult interview. They just ask basic questions and they are not hard to answer. It is not a hard job to get.

Interview process is fairly easy, they ask you simple questions about your background and can you do the job basically. They ask you about 3 questions and let you know the pay and basically you have the job if you accept

Tell me about a time you had solve a customer problem?
The process was about two weeks until I started working. Had to go twice to interview with the Supv and then the asst store mgr because she was on vacation. I didn't like that . Background check took about 3 days then on the spot drug test, saliva.
