Very easy and basic, not too stressful. All members were friendly and helpful with any questions I had.
Worked for this company 3 different times, all were great experiences.

Entrevista
Management will ask you a list of prepared questions that may have nothing to do with the position. You will be "scored" how you answer the questions and if your score is higher than someone with years of experience against your zero years of experience you will get the job.

Entrevista
Usually interviews will be with Zone Manager and Store Manager. For lower level the interview may be with a Zone Manager only. If you have a successful interview they will make you an offer of an hourly rate and then ask you to take a personality test, drug test and back ground check. It can take up to a week or week and a half for results. If you pass those test they will set up a day to come in for orientation.
