Very lengthy interview process. I did 4 technical rounds. got rejected after 4th round. Hiring manager and Director pretend to be very technical which They are not. I felt happy after reading the reviews on Glassdoor because Nobody talked about technology skills . people are more happy about free food and free transportation.

I don't know whats going on in Lowe's Bangalore. Looks like they are not serious in giving offer ro candidates or neither they have open positions. I got a call from TA lowes and I have finished all rounds and yet they are releasing offer. When I ask about status they come back with new opportunities and conclude that interview was a negative feedback back. Couple of architect are egoistic and have Questions like are you from north India. Not sure what region is doing here in a interview. Asked about zuul load balancer. He is not aware of fact that zuul can be single point of failure . Able to reach directorial rounds 3 times in a 5 call. Still today haven't got offer and today got one more call for lead engineer position. I said not interested thank you 🙂
