I got a call from Lowes HR Team and my interview was scheduled for Friday...I reached Lowes Office in Manyata Tech Park well before time and then was asked to fill a form with the details about education and current/previous employment... After 20 mins i started the 1st round of interview and it went till 25-30 minutes on Spring Boot and Microservices part mainly and interview went very good and even the interviewed toll me as" Well Done" and they asked me to wait outside.... After 10 mins of waiting, i went to one of the HR available there and asked for my further round, she told me to leave for the day......"I was surprised as my interview really went very well".....Then i went from there and tried messaging the HR who sent me the interview invitation mail, even i called and messaged here as to know my status and reason behind rejection....she never picked my call, no emial response, no message response..... I felt really bad that such a Good Organization doing so awful and silly work... Very very bad experience...... Advice to HR/Company: Please do not waste the time of employee if you do not have requirements and do response if someone is asking for their status.
