Applied over internet and was interviewed 3 seprate times. 1st interview was with HR manager. 2nd was with HR, and ASM manager. and 3rd was with store manager, HR and ASM. Alot of simulated customer service and personnel scenarios were asked and they judged by your response. Lengthy hiring process but well worth it if you like retail.

Straight forward normal interview had questions about how I'd manage x amount of team members with x amounts of experience. but overall very basic interview with only differing questions on management styles/policy guidelines.
They wanted me to drool a little bit but that's not my style so they dismissed me as a serious candidate. They also expressed concern that I would not "be happy" there even though I thought I would.

They were situational questions. Tell me about a time. There was about 5 total questions that were asked. Overall the interview questions were easy, they are looking for someone who can be a problem solver, team player, and adaptable.
