The interviewer let me read the job description and asked if I had any questions. He also explained about the schedule and that part-time people accrue vacation hours. Then he asked me 8 difficult behavioral questions. Each one had multiple elements that had to be included. He was very kind and offered to repeat the details if I needed it. After I finished, he said he would hire me pending the drug test and background check.

During the process I was brought into a different room and asked a bunch of simple questions. Pretty straight forward and the questions aren't mind blowers. Overall if you understand the basics you will do good.

I applied on-line and received a call within a week. I had my interview just a few days after the initial phone call. From that point, I received the offer and accepted it a couple of days later. I started the following week with orientation which lasted a week before starting on the sales floor.
