I engaged in the application process through a recruiting agency, which facilitated a two-round interview for the position. The initial interview took place with the Human Resources department, although their familiarity with the specific requirements of the position appeared to be limited. The subsequent interview was conducted with the Chief Executive Officer. Approximately 2–4 days later, I received a call from HR (Losung) for salary negotiations. Regrettably, during the salary negotiation conversation, the HR representative exhibited an unprofessional approach akin to that of a street vendor. I found this negotiation style to be incompatible with my expectations and aspirations for a professional working environment. Consequently, I made a definitive decision not to accept the offered position and declined the opportunity to join the company.
