Very good and professional. They wanted to get people on to start working right away. It was an involved role for management that they wanted someone with previous experience or someone that could learn quickly. The job seemed like they would work with you on getting you up to par on how everything was being ran and not just thrown to the wolves.

It was a video interview on Teams. It lasted about 30 minutes and they asked me about my relevant experience and why I was interested in the job. There was two people interviewing me.
written exam : advisory essay multiple questions includes job ethics, mathematics, graph readings and so on. interviews for listing which will be rated then actual interview for the department you applied

Panel interview with two interviewers. Very straight to the point asking several behavior questions and not much about background, skills, and education. No frills, no embellishment. Just come in the room, sit, brief intro, and they ask those questions right away.
