I applied via Workday for one position first and had an interview with HR on phone. I answered everything very well but he encouraged me to apply for another position both on phone and via email. I have not heard about the job I applied for, later on I applied for the other and I got rejected next day! Then, I got rejected for the one I applied too. Third job I applied for, I had an video call interview with another HR however he was super UNPROFESSIONAL! He cursed during the interview and said anti-vax statements!!! It was super awkward and he said stuff such as “Man” rather than using my name. So so weird.
It is al online and automated. I had to send all of my papers but it was all not too bad, just CV and motivation letter. I got a negative answer a few days later. I have applied to a few other positions and get a very fast rejection. At least their system is efficient .

Applied online, after 2 weeks got a screening phone call with HR, then 2 weeks after that got an interview in person. Position still available online now 3 weeks and counting, after the interview. never heard back, followed up, no response. Really unprofessional experience to ghost candidates like that.

The interview was arranged in the course of 2 weeks which includes an initial interview as well as technical assessments to perform. After technical assessment, no news from the company (with the role still extant publicly).
